Easier said than done. Today, it took me more than four hours to:
- Get a BiciBur account (for borrowing city-owned bicycles).
- Get the electricity changed to my name.
- Get a light lunch.
- Get envelopes and stamps for mailing things
- Get the water changed to my name.
A good portion of that is asking at each shop the location of the next one; standing in line at each place; watching them make photocopies of all sorts of things and then scan them into computer files. Got to the water offices after siesta time, but since they had failed to lock the doors promptly, they were nice enough not to tell me to come back the next day.
